New RAM
So my new, un-defective RAM got here today and it is hawt. As usual, I finally have a great machine and I don't even take 5 minutes to appreciate it before I'm thinking about how to upgrade it further. I find myself looking at all this 64 bit hardware..........and my 32 bit operating system. It makes me sad in the pants. Anyone have a copy of 64 bit XP? Not that I would ever condone piracy........but I might have to get myself something x64 before I'm truely happy with this rig.

Congrats Dan, great to hear about your ram. Finally you can stop bitching about oh...my 2 gigs...blah blah blah...jk jk. Glad your rig is all up and running.
Hey Dan, I've seen Windows XP x64 at Newegg reasonably priced. Just giving you a heads-up.
You can always go Linux, it's free and all major distros have 64 bit support. Personally I use Ubuntu 8.10 64 bit. Runs great on my amd x2 processor on my pc, and on my 64 bit amd processor on my laptop.
